The Empire Roleplay (ER) is set to undergo some significant changes in the coming weeks. From developer team adjustments to a full-scale game overhaul, players should prepare for major updates affecting the faction system, game assets, and overall gameplay.

Developer Changes
A key shift in the ER development team has occurred, as Developer SinkingViking has officially left the project. However, in his place, we welcome Daniproah, who will be joining as a builder, modeller, and designer. Daniproah’s role will focus on modernizing outdated game assets, including armour, weapons, and various environmental elements. Players can expect updated visuals and refined gameplay as these improvements rollout.
Full Game Overhaul & Faction Data Wipe
As part of the bot’s upcoming rewrite, ER will undergo a complete game overhaul. A key decision has been made to wipe all existing faction data, requiring players to start fresh. Factions will not be restored after the reset, marking a permanent shift in how the faction system operates. This decision is final and will not be reconsidered in the near future.
Faction Gamepass & Transition Details
During this overhaul, the Faction Game Pass will be temporarily disabled, meaning players will not have to spend anything to create a faction. This free faction creation period will last for two weeks, after which normal operations will resume. The only aspect transferring to the new faction system will be the faction renown.
Future Updates & Announcements
More updates and finalized plans will be announced soon as the development team continues refining the new system. Stay tuned for further details as ER moves toward an exciting new phase of gameplay.
